Kalam users

Visitors (unregistered users) of Kalam can browse through Kalam and watch videos but will not have full access of Kalam services in terms of uploading videos, posting comments and rating the content of Kalam.

Registered users of Kalam can use full services of Kalam (watching videos, uploading videos, posting comments and rating) free of charge, except for those sections that require payments.

Users or visitors may never use another user’s account without their permission. In case of any damages, intellectual or real, incurred by a user, the user shall be hold accountable and liable.

If due to your usage of Kalam, or any unauthorized use of your Kalam account, you incur losses, Kalam will not be accountable. However if Kalam incurs losses to a user’s mistreatment of its services, the user shall be held responsible and liable for the losses.

If a content which is approved by Kalam’s editorial policy and is live on Kalam, but the intention of the user was to cause damages, intellectual or real (either libel or slander), and those damages are incurred, the user will be held accountable and will relieve Kalam of any liabilities.
